The Beltline Urban Murals Project is a community driven initiative transforming the centre of Calgary, Alberta, Canada into an expansive open-air art gallery since 2017.
Katie’s work is whimsical, ethereal, playful and vibrant.
Her practice is inspired by the interplay between humans, animals, folklore, myths, and the power of narrative based artwork. She is interested in how images can create worlds that tell stories in which the viewer is invited to free their minds to fantasize without limitations.
